Who we are

These terms apply to every purchase in the shop on themusicmaker.nl.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. VAT is charged according to Dutch and EU rules, and the checkout shows the total you pay, including any VAT and delivery costs, before you confirm. Payment runs through the Wix checkout with the payment methods shown there.

Digital products

Sheet music, recordings and other downloads are delivered as a download link straight after payment, on the order page and in your order email.

Because the download starts immediately, the checkout asks you to agree that delivery begins right away and that you then lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Once you have agreed and the download is available to you, a digital purchase cannot be cancelled or returned.

If a file is faulty or will not download, write to us and we will replace it or refund you.

Downloads are for your own use. You may perform from sheet music you bought, but you may not copy, share or resell the files.

Physical products

Delivery times and costs for merchandise are shown at checkout.

You can withdraw from a purchase of a physical product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by email within that period, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of sending it back. We refund what you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your message; we may wait with the refund until the item is back with us or you show that you sent it.

Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to every purchase. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection that the mandatory consumer rules of your own country give you.
